CourseGuessr support

Email hello@courseguessr.com with your account email and a description of the problem. For a course or game issue, use Report a problem in the game.

Sign-in and Pro access

Use the same email address on the website and in the app. Enter the newest eight-digit sign-in code. If you bought Pro in an app, sign in to the CourseGuessr account used for that purchase and choose Restore purchases.

Subscriptions

Website subscribers can choose Account → Manage billing. For app subscriptions, use Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscriptions.

Delete your account

Open Account → Delete account and confirm with the code sent to your email. Read account deletion instructions for what is removed and how billing is handled.
